What many fans of Friday the 13th have been waiting for is a look at what single-player content the game will have to offer. An insight on this has since arrived from the Twitter account of developer Illfonic, who showcased a look at a new mode entitled ‘Single-Player Challenges.’
From what has ben gathered, these single-player segments see players put into a sandbox environment as Jason, as they attempt to take down unsuspecting camp counselors. Fans will notice similarities between this and the multiplayer mode, though this will see a perhaps more stealthy approach across a variety of scenarios, which gives players a platform for creativity.
Take a look at the latest video that has been released by the developers, revealing what’s to come with this latest content:
What’s more, the content will be coming for free, which is something that was promised quite some time ago now. The description on the YouTube video seems to confirm this:
“We are happy to show this First Look at Single Player Challenges coming to Friday the 13th: The Game at no additional cost.”
If you haven’t already done so, you can pick up Friday the 13th: The Game on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
